About the event
Join us Sunday, December 21 from 2 to 4 PMfor a Solstice Despacho & Shamanic Journey to celebrate the season of reflection, intention, and inner warmth.
We’ll come together to honor the longest night of the year and connect to ancient wisdom and loving intention for the coming year by creating a Despacho ~ a ceremonial prayer bundle tied together with gratitude, dreams, and the light we’re calling into our lives.
Next, we will enjoy a Yoga Nidra meditation with sacred sound. During this “sleep”, wrap yourself in cozy comfort as we journey into a dreamland filled with soothing sound and healing vibrations. This shamanic sounding experience will help you sink into a meditative state, aligning your spirit with the imagery and quiet energy of the solstice. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us, open ourselves to new beginnings, and celebrate the light returning to our lives.
