Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund (less supplies purchased) or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window before the session, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations made within this time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and find an alternative solution, such as rescheduling your session for a later date. Please note that cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, unless deemed an emergency. There will be an additional travel charge of $1.25 per mile for areas more than 15 miles from Odessa, FL. This is a one way charge to balance our budgets 🚙❤️ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
