Meet the Wild Woods Woman

Originally from South Dakota, now in Florida, Sherri Keenan is a trauma-informed yoga instructor, Reiki master, and passionate advocate for emotional and physical wellness. Drawing from her personal experiences and a deep connection to the healing power of nature, Sherri founded Wild Woods Goods, where she helps others heal through plant-based support, transformative practices, and mindfulness. Her journey has led her to specialize in trauma, emotional regulation, and supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, physical challenges and offering tools for resilience and empowerment.

 

Through yoga, shamanic drumming, and wellness education, Sherri creates nurturing spaces for growth and transformation. Whether guiding a restorative yoga class, hosting heartfelt sister circles, or leading grief support groups, she inspires others to find strength and peace within. Sherri’s mission is to help people reconnect with their inner light and the world around them, embracing healing as a journey of self-discovery and connection.
