Meet the Wild Woods Woman

I’m Sherri Keenan, the heartbeat behind Wild Woods Goods. Originally from South Dakota, now rooted in the Tampa, Florida area, I’ve spent the last decade turning my healing journey into a path for others. I’m a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Nature-Connected Guide who helps people come home to themselves: body, mind, and spirit.

My work blends spiritual care and creative expression. I offer yoga, grief circles, shamanic journeys, naturally naked herbal goods, graphics, meditations and personalized gifts that are all made with intention. Everything I do is shaped by lived experience ~ from finding healing through yoga in a prison cell, to walking the red road, to building this life out of soil, sweat, and soul.
