Join Sherri Keenan as she travels home to South Dakota from Florida to offer this special post–Fourth of July gathering at Fit & Fire Studios!
The day after the Fourth of July can bring a mix of emotions ~ overstimulation, heaviness, exhaustion, grief, reflection, uncertainty, or simply the need to slow down after all the noise. This class is an invitation to soften, breathe, reconnect, and come back to yourself in a supportive space.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding and candlelit restorative practice with poetry designed to calm the nervous system, replenish the body, and create space for rest and reflection.
As part of our evening, you’ll be invited to write down the thoughts, habits, fears, expectations, or energies that are no longer serving you. Knowing that “fireworks” and honoring the power of release, we’ll ignite our…
