🧘🏼♀️ Restorative Yoga. Come rest in Chakra-based cozy poses that will allow you to rest and relax while you receive. We focus on a different Chakra, balancing with each pose and end in a with an Auric Cleanse.
📚 Affirmations. As you go into each pose, you will be offered an affirmation to gently repeat as a mantra.
🕯Candlelight. Let go of all of your senses. Get truly quiet in the gentle flickering lights.
🧴Aromatherapy. Enjoy oils and scents from our Naturally Naked Apothecary to balance and connect.
💆 Lymphatic and tension massage. Offer yourself some self-love guided massage for inner peace.
