It's time for a much needed Hot Holiday Restorative Yoga Class at Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates Studio! Take a break from the holiday rush and come melt into deep relaxation. This candlelight restorative yoga class is held in a warm, cozy space and uses props, pillows, and blankets to fully support your body. With only a few gentle movements throughout the class, you’ll have plenty of time to settle into stillness and release tension with 3 special sessions! The experience concludes with a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you to total rest and rejuvenation. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to let go, unwind, and restore your body and mind during the holiday season. All classes are offered in studio and virtually!
