Making Scents of Incense

Hand-made incense has been a treasured and crafted as long as we have tended fires and foraged from the world around us.  Incense has been an important part of spiritual and rites of passage. Ceremony, Cleansing and Creating Sacred Spaces.

Join Sherri Keenan in the art of making your own herbal incense from Bases, Binders and Beautiful Medicinal Herbs and Teas. You will be able to choose your aroma form three scents.  This 2 hour workshop at Beach Bum Brewing will teach you how to make incense traditionally, work with easy kitchen materials and create custom incense from items in our Apothecary.  We will also discuss the therapeutic properties of the herbs used in the class.

Guests will go home with at least 2-3 styles of incense made in the class. This session is $22 and includes all the supplies you need AND one Special TEA . Space is limited. Pre-registration is recomended.
