Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or simply a moment of stillness, this class offers the perfect intimate space to unwind and reconnect within the cozy ambiance of a crafty co-op.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring your mat and water bottle. The floor is concrete so bring your preferred padding or blanket! Small pillows welcome too. Space is limited.
