About the event
Join Sherri Keenan for an open air, sunset Shamanic Lower World Journey by her pond in beautiful Odessa, FL or via Zoom!
Sherri will begin by offering a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on a lower world journey. In the Lower World we have the opportunity to meet our Spirit Guides and Sacred Spirit Animals. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction. There will be also be Reiki, drumming, aromatherapy, sacred herbal tea will be offered, introspection and more!!!
What you may want to bring:
• a sweater and/or blanket
• a special chair
• journal and pen
• Water bottle and anything you need to be comfortable outdoors

Please, no pets as we have 2 amazing dogs, chickens and 8 acres of protected Florida wetlands. No alcohol and no cigarettes… no butts lol. Weather permitting. Leave nothing but footprints 🦶🏼🦶🏽🦶🏿
