Join Sherri Keenan for an open air, woodland, sunset Shamanic Lower World Journey by her pond in beautiful Odessa, FL., where every moment holds the promise of Angels, enchantment and every heartbeat echoes with the pulse of the Earth.
Sherri will begin by indulging your senses as we embark with a journey of taste, tradition and heart-opening transformation with Sacred Cacao. Sherri will then offer a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on a lower world journey. In the Lower World we have the opportunity to meet our Spirit Guides and Sacred Spirit Animals. These beings will support you on your journey and your path as you walk guided in every direction.
What you may want to bring:
• yoga mat, towel or blanket
• a sweater, pillow and/or 2nd blanket
• a special chair
• journal and pen
• water bottle and anything you need to be comfortable outdoors.

Please, no pets as we have 2 amazing dogs, chickens and 8 acres of protected Florida wetlands. No alcohol and no cigarettes… no butts lol. Weather permitting. Leave nothing but footprints 🦶🏼🦶🏽🦶🏿
