About the event
You’re invited to an afternoon of deep rest, connection, and reflection. Join me at Trinity Yoga Wellness Center on May 18th from 1-3pm for a delightful Shamanic Lower World Journey and Sacred Cacao Ceremony.
We’ll begin open the space with delicious cacao. Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a gentle, natural stimulant that increases circulation and opens the heart center, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. We will then move to meditation with a gentle Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation sometimes called yogic sleep, that will lead you into a Shamanic Lower World Journey. In this grounded, peaceful space, you may meet spirit allies or animal guides who offer insight, comfort, and guidance unique to you.
