🕊️ Join me on June 22 from 2-4 PM for a Shamanic Upper World Journey & Sacred Cacao Ceremony ✨
We’ll open the space with delicious cacao. Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a gentle, natural stimulant that increases circulation and opens the heart center, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. Sherri will then offer a delightful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. During this Nidra, Sherri will guide you on an Upper World Journey.
