We’ll come together to honor the longest night of the year and the birthday of our dear friend GabrielNelson. We will connect to ancient wisdom and loving intention for the coming year by creating a Despacho—a ceremonial prayer bundle tied together with gratitude, dreams, and the light we’re calling into our lives.

Next, we will enjoy a Yoga Nidra meditation with sacred sound. During this “sleep”, wrap yourself in cozy comfort as we journey into a dreamland filled with soothing sound and healing vibrations.
