This eight-hour immersive experience is designed for those who seek to embrace their true selves, break free from societal norms and find liberation in mind, body and spirit.

🧊 Social Hour & Icebreaker: Start the day by connecting with fellow participants through fun and engaging activities designed to break the ice and foster a sense of commUnity.

🎶 Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation and healing with Jennifer McClure through the soothing vibrations of a sacred sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls. 

🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga: Reconnect with your body through a relaxing and calming somatic, restorative, chakra balancing, reiki infused yoga session with bowls. This session flows one to the next. 

🪶 Shamanic Upper World 

Journey: Embark on a transformative journey guided by a Sherri Keenan, beginning with a Yoga Nidra and exploring the Upper World for insights and spiritual innerstanding.

⭕️ Sharing Circle: Participate in a judgement free, safe and supportive space where everyone can share their unique experiences and insights.

🖼️ Releasing Art Exercise: Let go of what no longer serves you through a cathartic art practice.

👁️ Eye Gazing: Deepen your connection with others through the powerful practice of eye gazing.

❤️ Trust Exercises: Build trust and strengthen bonds with activities designed to foster mutual support and understanding.

💃🏽 Ecstatic Dance: Express yourself freely and connect with your body through joyful and uninhibited dance.

🔥 Storytelling by the Fire: Share and listen to stories that inspire, heal, and connect us all.

🍉 Delicious, Healthy Vegetarian Menu: Enjoy an incredible vegetarian menu of a nourishing early light course and an evening entree served family style with a delicious dessert that will truly bless your body.

For our first gathering, we have chosen to have women only to our home so you felt truly comfortable to express yourself. It was also important to each of us to keep this ticket price low, so that our local friends, family and Floridians have an opportunity to attend with all the love in our hearts.

Please bring a yoga mat/towel/blanket, a chair and you are welcome to bring a water bottle!

Water will be provided throughout the day. Bring anything you think would make you comfortable!  Canopies, tents and pools are welcome, pets are not. This is an outdoor event.
