This heart-centered gathering is designed to bring you into harmony with yourself and your true nature ~ surrounded by the healing presence of nature.
We’ll begin with a gentle movement practice called Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong), guided by Alicia Martinez as Jim Red Sky offers a sonic sound bath, inviting your energy to soften and flow. Sherri Keenan will then lead a walking meditation, grounding your spirit and deepening your connection with the earth.
Afterward, we’ll come together in the transformation tent for hot cacao, cookies, and meaningful conversation, closing the circle in warmth and community. A special tea will be prepared by Beach Bum Brewing.
